Full Session Description: I am conducting a mobile learning project using tablets and Webtools at a German secondary school since 2011. I am producing music, apps, Vines, Blogs and ebooks with the students of my music classes and with students at local University of Applied Sciences. During the session I will show many best practices, concerning:

  1. true participation

  2. making and getting things done

  3. playing and producing music with – technology

  4. enhance all dusty (music) education with 21century tools

  5. have fun with learning

  6. share your stuff with others.

Of course, I will show some Apps specially designed for the making of music (like iMaschine, Garage Band, Figure) but I will shift their usage to other educational scenarios and subjects. Mentioned web tools and platforms for sharing will be Wiki, Blog, Google+ Hangouts and Vines for Microtutorials.
